The dining room is a garden. The ceiling is the canopy.
The tree came first — the restaurant grew up around it. Decked walkways thread between fan palms, tables sit in the open air, and when Accra turns up the heat there’s a cool, art-hung room behind glass. Most evenings, though, everything that matters happens outside.
